Newport Boat Show – On Hammetts Wharf
Important Information for Guests Staying September 7 – September 18.
The International Boat Show will be taking place September 11 through September 14 on the Hammetts Wharf Campus, which will encompass the Newport Waterfront. This is the main location for the Boat Show and hosts exhibits and vendors on land and water.
This may impact your stay as on-site parking will not be available during the dates of your visit, however we have arrangements for parking at St. Spyridon Church located at 382 Thames St, Newport, RI 02840, a short distance down Thames Street from the Hotel. We understand that this may hinder your experience in Newport, and we will be available to assist with any questions you may have.
- Check out time is at 11am. Guests checking out September 7th must retrieve their car from the Hotel Valet by 11:30am.
- Check in time is at 4pm. Luggage assistance available starting at 11:30am-9pm at the corner America’s Cup Avenue, and Commercial Wharf.
- Guests staying September 7th and beyond must park their cars at the offsite parking lot at St. Spyridon Church located at 382 Thames St, Newport, RI 02840 by 11:30am.
- 24-hour access throughout your stay at the rate of $45 per night charged to your guest room.
- Text the number on your valet ticket 401.340.2570 15 minutes prior to retrieving your vehicle.
- Bell Service Provided 9am-8pm with Police detail on America’s Cup Avenue, in front of the Hotel to assist with luggage.
- Offsite parking at St. Spyridon Church
- 24-hour access throughout your stay at the rate of $45 per night charged to your guest room.
