From mid-June through early September, newportFILM outdoors screens new, critically acclaimed documentaries at iconic outdoor locations throughout Aquidneck Island. Free and open to the public, newportFILM outdoors, held every Thursday, is a Newport treasure where audiences gather for sunset picnics, great live music, and impactful and entertaining films all summer long.

Get your hands on all of the fall goodies you could want, from gourds to pumpkins to baked goods, at the annual pumpkin patch in Queen Anne Square during the month of October.

A scenic drive at any time of year, enjoy the stunning ocean views, waves crashing against the rocks, and some of the most beautiful homes in Newport during your ride.

A cool spot with tons of history, it’s also one of the best places to go sledding. While it’s known for its festivals, it’s a beautiful spot to spend time outdoors while soaking in some gorgeous views.

One of the newer craft breweries in town, their well-curated selection of beer features everything from IPAs, sours, to session ales and lagers. Their retro decor is pretty cool too!

Newport used to be the summer destination for some of the richest families in the country. Lucky for us, we can still tour their beautiful and opulent homes year round, book tickets ahead of time!

After a long, cold winter, the month long Daffodil Days Festival encourages you to get out and take in the beauty of the over one million daffodil bulbs that are planted in Newport.
